See 4 Signs Why JAMB Is Not Ready For UTME 2017.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) is preparing for the 2017 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) which is planned to hold in May.

The enlistment procedure this year has been a standout amongst the most upsetting for applicants who have not quit grumbling.

It took a few competitors over three days to do their enlistment while some others are as yet thinking that its difficult to enlist.

A few Nigerians are stressed over the readiness of JAMB during the current year's UTME and this is the reason.

1. Poor system for enrollment

One of the objections applicants have had about the new enrollment prepare presented by JAMB is moderate speed of web administrations at CBT focuses. Some have been stranded at enlistment focuses as they were not able create their Personal Identification Number (PIN) because of poor system.

2. The taunt examination neglected to hold

The board had settled April 8 for its inaugural taunt exam yet it was deferred a minute ago in spite of confirmations that nothing would turn out badly. Competitors landed at their focuses upon the arrival of the test yet it was delayed until further notice because of some "unexpected conditions. Could this be an indication of things to come?

3. Insufficient hardware for PC based test

A few Nigerians are of the assessment that Nigeria has not sufficiently grown in Information Communication Technology (ICT) to make CBT compulsory.

One of the applicants stated: "Nigeria has not gotten enough hardware to make CBT compulsory. We have not arrived yet. A great deal should be set up. In the event that in the urban territories we are as yet grumbling of no system, what then is the fate of the towns?"

4. Support is yet to take care of business

The board had neglected to convey everybody along when it settled deride test for April 8, realizing that a few competitors had not possessed the capacity to do their enlistment. Likewise, since CBT was presented, it has been one test after the other.

"Since the presentation of CBT we are as yet confronted with system disappointment, failing of PCs what not. Is this a sign that JAMB exam will encounter hitches at the disservice of the understudies?" one of the applicants questioned.

Prior announced that JAMB enlistment center Prof Is-haq Oloyede revealed that around one million UTME applicants were enrolled for the 2017 UTME as at April 7.
