Where are the words? How do we
explain the true emotions, mixed as they are,
disappointing and exciting as it seems? We
wanted to follow the words of some
Football fans… about the One in a Million Draw
soup at Anfield, but the fate of Chelsea, Arsenal,
Juventus, Dortmund, took the words out of our
mouths. WOW… FOOTBALL, you are so
unpredictable, you rock our emotions, you make
and break our day.
.
.
1. On a day like this you love Man City and Guardiola. WOW… we couldn’t believe it. When Chelsea was chasing the ball,
City was banging. It was more like Stoke insulted
them to score 2. They upgraded from 5 and 6 to
make it 7. We salute Guardiola. We don’t have
words. We dove our hats.

2. Bayern is the other darling. It seems Bayern have found themselves again with the return of Jupp. They got their goal from the beginning of the game till the end of the game, they didn’t concede. The game was beautiful to watch.

.
.
3. It wasn’t that beautiful for Real Madrid, but happy for Ronaldo. He opened his account with a crucial goal that got the 3 points, and a Spanish Record of 13 away wins in a row. Zidane would be the happiest, especially as Barcelona and Messsi did not have their way. Atletico was compact as always, Saul found the net, and only Suarez could bite back to equalize.
.
.
4. Tottenham are just Tottenham. When many fell, they hung on. Thanks to Eriksen, they got all 3 points. We didn’t understand how to feel for Arsenal. They couldn’t hang on like Tottenham. They fell flat, and Watford ran over them.
.
.
.
5. It wasn’t also PSG’s day, just Meunier’s day. When a defender scores all the goals of a game, for a team with the likes of Neymar, Mbappe, Di Maria and co, there’s more to it.
.
.
.
6. Even Juventus... Douglas Costa opened the scoring and it was like it’s going to continue. Immobile hit them twice and they couldn’t recover till the final whistle.
.
.
.
7. Dortmund’s fate cannot be blamed on their
red card. They fell before their Red. It was just a
fateful day.
.
.
.
So yeah… we don’t know how to really feel. Should we shout like we want to for City and Bayern? Should we remember ‘Chelsea wants to CRY like last season? Who remembers that? Or the drawing days of Man United? Watford came back to haunt Arsenal again? Last season was somewhat replayed today. So, let’s keep it at that – happy, sad, surprised and mesmerized by Football.
.

.
However, we will continue to love Football. We cheer with CITY, Celebrate Bayern, congratulate Real, Tottenham and PSG; understand with Man United, Barcelona and Atletico; tell Chelsea, Arsenal, Juventus, Dortmund and Monaco fans to feel only for today, and get back up again. It is all of FOOTBALL we love
