What a matchday of wide smiles… It was tough, the teams fought, and when the wins came, our joy was complete, except for rivals #Wink. Yeah, rivals wanted other teams to lose or draw. But the wins kept coming.

1. It was not a very predictable fixture United-Spurs. Maybe United fans were consoled by history and just dared on to believe, but they were nervy, some doubting, in the end, there was Martial, a lone goal, the Mourinho way = 3 points, 8 cleansheets in 10, second on the log.

2. City is just unstoppable. They are the team of the day. Guardiola, the man of the day. They’ve made history of the best start to the Premier League era – 28 points of 30, now with a gloss of 29 goal difference. They don’t slow down, they don’t stop, even when rivals wanted them to lose. They are top with 5 points clear. Gabriel Jesus hasn’t lost in a whole year for City – sometimes we just marvel at some records [LOL].

3. City so reminds us of Barcelona. Coincidentally, Barca and City have the same points. Messi almost broke our heart with that great leg work, but miss after defeating the keeper. In the end, he still made the difference with a goal, and counter control to get the second goal. #Legend

4. Liverpool sang ‘We’ll Never Walk Alone’. Even when Salah missed a penalty, no goal in the First Half, they have the best goal difference today, among the top teams we follow. Really impressive. Congratulations to Sturridge on his 100 Club goal.

5. That is why we love Hazard. He made the difference for Chelsea. Maybe this is a sign that the EFL Cup would not be easy for Chelsea. But thank God for Hazard, his lone goal was enough. Bournemouth can brace up for the December tie.

6. Bayern showed Leipzig that they are the top dog once again. Yeah, it went to penalties in midweek, but by half time, the game was already settled. Maybe the one man down affected Leipzig, but the 3 points won’t change.

7. Arsenal makes proud most of the time. They are the only top team today that came from behind to win. It wasn’t easy, they should have been demoralized after they conceded, but they played on and won all 3 points. Thanks to Sead. Sometimes we give it to Wenger. He knows how to buy players.

8. Everyone just deserves mention. Higuain got his 100 Serie A goal? AC just didn’t stand a chance. Monaco also had the same scoreline, and we know they are not out. The disappointments came from Atletico and Dortmund and we don’t seem to understand. Dortmund started so well, Atletico seems to not be its usual self.
